We use Natural Soy wax, a natural plant based wax that is GMO Free and contains NO paraffin, NO unnatural additives and is also VEGAN and KOSHER. Our fragrances are 100% Phthalate and Paraffin Free.

The first burn is the most important! When you light your candle for the first time, always ensure that the candle burns long enough so the wax melts across the entire surfaces to the edges of the jars. This will assist in preventing tunnelling and help promote an even burn for the duration of the candle’s life. I suggest minimum 2 hours for the first burn. Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours to avoid a larger flame and uneven wax melting.

All orders are sent via New Zealand standard post and are subject to international delivery times depending on your area. You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your package leaves our studio. Please note that we are unable to process deliveries to PO Box addresses.
Shipping is $30 to all Australian Locations.

Returns & Refunds
Products will need to be in original, un-used condition (with packaging intact and non-damaged) and return freight will be at your own expense. Once your product has been returned and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Always keep a burning candle within sight. Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
